The health, safety, and wellbeing of all participants, speakers, partners, and staff are a priority for Bosphorus Mining Connect. The forum will be delivered in accordance with applicable local regulations, venue safety requirements, and recognised best practices for international events.
The Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, as the forum venue, provides a professionally managed environment with established health and safety procedures in place. Other selected hotels associated with the event either belong to international hotel groups or are well-known local brands, and are expected to operate in line with comparable health, safety, and service standards.
In preparation for the forum, the venue, selected hotels, planned networking locations, and key service providers have been initially visited and reviewed by the organising team. These locations and partners will be periodically revisited and monitored in the lead-up to the event to ensure consistency with agreed operational, safety, and service standards.
Sustainability considerations will be incorporated into the planning and delivery of the forum where practicable. These include efforts to optimise resource use, limit unnecessary waste, and collaborate with the venue and service providers on responsible event operations, while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the participant experience.
Participants are expected to follow on-site guidance and instructions issued by the venue, hotels, and event organisers. Any relevant updates or specific guidance related to health, safety, or sustainability will be communicated in advance of the forum where appropriate.
