Participants may arrange their own travel and accommodation or use the one-stop travel support service offered by the forum producer, covering airline ticketing, airport transfers, ground transfers, and accommodation arrangements. If this service is used, participants will not need to coordinate with multiple service providers.
The forum will take place at the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus. Preferential accommodation rates will be available at the venue hotel and selected nearby hotels within walking distance.
Ground transfer services will operate between selected hotels and the venue in the morning before breakfast and at several intervals throughout the day.
